Using Wax Wire

Wax wire is mainly used for creating sprues –  the channels through which metal will flow when casting. But it can also become a medium in itself. I’ve had a reel of 1mm thick wax wire in my workshop for years. Here are some things I’ve made recently. I’ll post pictures of them after casting, assuming that they fill correctly.
